EVENT
Free Your Fascia: A One-Day Fascia & Nervous System Reset
Assisted Stretching, Movement, Breathwork & Cold Immersion Experience
Sunday March 8
11am – 5 pm
Led by Cian Dalton & Carolyn Schmidt, this one day urban retreat explores the fascial system — the body’s living network of connection, memory, and intelligence. Through movement, breath, and embodied awareness, you’ll learn to free tension from the tissues and discover how releasing the body can liberate the mind.
In the middle of the city, we’ll create a sanctuary for deep reset — a space to unwind patterns that hold you back, to reconnect with your physical and emotional flow, and to return to your true nature.
This day of reset is about rediscovering your natural rhythm, releasing what no longer serves, and building a new relationship with your body’s intelligence — one that feels fluid, alive, and deeply human.
