Join us for an incredible weekend of healing, connection and fun.

Using the Wim Hof Method and other practices, we will explore our TRUE NATURE as human beings, stripping away the layers to reveal our most authentic selves. This retreat will be held at the magical Eagles Nest Sanctuary in Shawnigan Lake on Vancouver Island, BC.

Using the cold water, our own breath and the power of our minds we will let go of the layers of conditioning that hold us back from our authentic expression. As Wim has shown the playfulness of inner child can be suppressed and with that comes a shying away from life and a withholding of our power.

This will be an intimate weekend where we will connect deeply with ourselves and each other, and will explore a variety of practices to facilitate healing and personal growth on a physical and energetic level.

Accommodations are mostly shared. Hearty and delicious home-cooked meals will be provided and created by our professional chef!
