Join Carolyn Schmidt in an intimate small group class focusing on self care bodywork you can do at home. This class will teach simple breathing techniques, stretches and self myofascial release using rollers and balls of different textures. Perfect for unwinding after a stressful day or a tough workout session.

Class is $25 each. Advance sign up is recommended although drop-ins will be allowed at the door if space permits.


Weekly Series: Oct 10th, 17th, 24th, 30th (TUESDAY), Nov 7th. Space is limited.

Class Description:

Learn how to breathe optimally and restore your natural breathing capabilities through efficient use of the diaphragm and supporting breathing muscles. We guide you through a variety of exercises to help you tap into the parasympathetic nervous system which promotes self healing and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

Learn how to undo the results of shallow breathing patterns and exercise these key core and breathing muscles.
