Breathwork Journeys: A Deeply Healing & Transformative Experience

Breath is a mirror of life. How you breathe is how you live. Breathe with steadiness, and your life finds balance. Breathe with fire, and focus ignites. Your very existence began with an inhale—effortless, free, and full. Over time, we learn to hold, to contain, to restrict. This practice is a return. A remembering. A releasing.

We have seen mountains moved by this simple yet ancient practice—within ourselves and those we guide. Come ready to receive, and the teacher of breath will appear. We are here to make the journey easier, lighter, and more fluid—just as the root of "facilitator" means "to make easy."

Step into a 90-minute session designed to reconnect you with yourself, your intentions, and the flow of life. This is your time—to explore what’s alive within you, set an intention (whether a quality, a way of being, or something you wish to manifest), and surrender to the power of your breath.

 

There is no force, no rush—just the natural rhythm of your breath unfolding. In a world that demands constant effort, this is an opportunity to let go, trust, and receive. To trust in the flow of breath, the flow of life, and the knowing that not everything requires struggle. Abundance exists. Clarity emerges. Balance restores.

Or come try a 60-minute session designed to help you reconnect with your breath through a series of guided exercises. Rather than a long journey, this session focuses on shorter, intentional practices that remind you: you already know how to breathe, and it is the most essential thing we do.​​

What does a  1-1 Breathwork session look like?

90-Minute Deep Breathwork Journey

This session is a transformational deep dive into your breath and inner world. We begin by discussing what’s alive for you, setting an intention—whether it’s cultivating a quality, shifting an emotional state, or manifesting something in your life.

Once settled, you’ll lay down in a comfortable position and breathe continuously for up to an hour, guided and supported throughout the journey. The session is not forceful or rushed—it’s about letting go, trusting your breath, and receiving what arises. Some moments may bring clarity, deep emotional release, or profound relaxation, while others may highlight areas where you need balance. Hands-on body work, energy work and sound healing tools may be used to optimize the experience with your consent. Breathwork sessions are offered by Cian or Carolyn, who are highly trained and experienced, trauma-informe​d facilitators.

60-Minute Breathwork Foundations

This session focuses on shorter breath exercises designed to help you connect with your breath and build a habit of breath awareness. You’ll be guided through techniques that remind you that you already know how to breathe—and it is the most essential thing you do.  We begin with a brief discussion to set an intention, followed by a series of shorter breath practices that you can easily integrate into your daily routine. You’ll have time to reflect, ask questions, and explore how breathwork feels in your body and mind.

It’s recommended to do at least two sessions—giving you the opportunity to practice at home, notice what comes up, and return with insights for deeper guidance. The fact that the exercises are short and practical to do at home highlights how accessible the medicine of breath can be. Perfect for beginners, those looking to build consistency, or anyone wanting a lighter introduction before diving into deeper work. Both the 90- and 60-minute sessions can be modified to suit your experience level and needs.

Group Breathwork Sessions

We offer group breathwork journeys once a month, typically on a Friday evening. 

Group breathwork sessions are a great way to connect with yourself and learn about breathwork while connecting with a like-minded community. 

Group sessions can be powerful, as up to 15 people will be breathing in the same space. If you have never done breathwork before a 1-1 session can be a good place to start.
