Come on a Transformational Journey with Us

Our Breathwork Training is designed to honor the uniqueness of each individual—how you breathe, how you learn, and what you seek to cultivate through this practice.

Where many programs focus quickly on sales tactics, we believe breathwork must first be embodied as a lived practice before becoming something you share with others. Some trainings lean exclusively on science, others solely on ceremony; some avoid hands-on support altogether. Our approach bridges these gaps.

With years of experience facilitating thousands of breathers in our studio, we’ve developed a method that blends science and spirituality, encouraging each facilitator to develop an authentic style that feels true and appropriate for their audience.

What Makes Our Approach Different

  • Breath Holds & The Pause
We place an emphasis on the power of a well-timed pause within conscious connected breathing—a simple but profound tool for integration and transformation.

  • Movement & Bodywork Integration
As stretch therapists, we naturally weave bodywork and movement into breath facilitation. The physical release and breath expansion that emerge through this integration are extraordinary.

  • Balanced Energy & Leadership
Led by husband-and-wife duo Cian and Carolyn, our training carries a balance of masculine and feminine energies, rooted in years of shared study and facilitation across multiple breathwork modalities.

  • A Home for Learning
Teaching from our Vancouver studio of over 8 years, we’ve created a safe, home-like environment where students can fully drop in, feel supported, and grow into aligned, confident facilitators.

At the heart of this work is authenticity. We don’t train people to copy a method—we guide you to embody breathwork in a way that feels deeply true to who you are, and how you wish to serve.

" The breathwork facilitator training I completed was comprehensive; grounded in both science & spirituality. The curriculum was a mix of deep diving into theory & mechanics, hands-on practice, and self-practice.
The spirit of the program and the community brought even more life and learning to the process. I highly recommend this program to everyone-whether you're incorporating breathwork into your existing practice or want to deepen your own breathing practice in a conscious way. You won't find more capable leaders than Carolyn & Cian! "

Frequently Asked Questions:

How long is the course in total?

The breathwork training course is approximately 3 months for someone that is motivated to practice often. This includes sessions together in person, online support, reading requirements and homework practices. Required practice sessions are done outside of class time.

What will be the main take-aways from this course?

You will leave with expert facilitator tools to help optimize a breathers experience in a variety of situations. You will gain real quality experience of going through your own journeys while being supported by others and supporting and witnessing others going through their experiences. How does this mentorship training differ from other breathwork trainings?

This is an in person and online mentorship style of training done over time. We get to integrate the work and continuously bring up challenges and wins in a small supportive container. This style of conscious connected breathwork teaches the use of breath holds and gentle hands on stretching techniques to help enhance and bring ease to breathing
