Come on a Transformational Journey with Us!

Our Breathwork Training is designed to honor the uniqueness of each individual—how you breathe, how you learn, and what you seek to cultivate through this practice.

Where many programs focus quickly on sales tactics, we believe breathwork must first be embodied as a lived practice before becoming something you share with others. Some trainings lean exclusively on science, others solely on ceremony; some avoid hands-on support altogether. Our approach bridges these gaps.

With years of experience facilitating thousands of breathers in our studio, we’ve developed a method that blends science and spirituality, encouraging each facilitator to develop an authentic style that feels true and appropriate for their audience.

What Makes Our Approach Different

  • Movement & Bodywork Integration

As stretch therapists, we naturally weave bodywork and movement into breath facilitation. The physical release and breath expansion that emerge through this integration are extraordinary.

  • Breath Holds & The Pause

We place an emphasis on the power of a well-timed pause within conscious

connected breathing—a simple but profound tool for integration and

       transformation.

  • A Home for Learning

Teaching from our Vancouver studio of over 8 years, we’ve created a safe, home-like environment where students can fully drop in, feel supported, and grow into aligned, confident facilitators.

  • Balanced Energy & Leadership

Led by husband-and-wife duo Cian and Carolyn, our training carries a balance of

masculine and feminine energies, rooted in years of shared study and facilitation

       across multiple breathwork modalities.

At the heart of this work is authenticity. We don’t train people to copy a method—we guide you to embody breathwork in a way that feels deeply true to who you are, and how you wish to serve.

Who Is This Training For?

🔹 Curious Breath Explorers – You’ve experienced the power of breathwork and are ready to go deeper. The foundations level is appropriate for beginners and experienced breathers. It is helpful to have done at least three 1-1 sessions or group journeys prior to this program.

🔹 Coaches & Healers – Life coaches, bodyworkers, yoga instructors, and wellness practitioners looking to expand their offerings.

🔹 Therapists & Mental Health Professionals – Those seeking to integrate breathwork into their therapeutic practice.

I recently took Assisted Stretch Therapy Level 1 with Carolyn and Cian which I have adapted into my own bodywork practice. I have been working as a Traditional Thai massage therapist for over a decade. I am also trained in craniosacral therapy, lomilomi, hot stone and some shiatsu. I loved how similar Stretch Therapy is to Traditional Thai massage and I found I could adapt and understand this new modality rather easily. Even so, although I know a lot about stretch and movement therapy already, I still learned a lot of new information and philosophies from Carolyn and Cian. I normally stretch people on the floor so I really benefited from their course on how to adapt stretches on to a table. It's a course that is great for beginners and practiced facilitators alike. I have since adapted many of their movements both to the floor and table and have had incredible feedback from clients. Not to mention slowing down and feeling even deeper into opening the fascial system. Carolyn and Cian are incredible facilitators. They are relatable, gentle, fun, knowledgeable and encouraging. I look forward to taking Level 2
