Every body is different, therefore every training session is different. We have a firm belief that better movement results in healthier joints and a better functioning and happier body that will respond better to all of your goals and needs. There we keep movement quality at the core of our focus while moving towards your goals. Typically include active mobility drills that help to lock in your mobility gains by strengthening where it matters most. Then we put it into practical movement that relate to every day movement. Our training system is inspired by many years of experience in contemporary dance, yoga, pilates, boxing and martial arts, functional strength training and athletics. We focus on range of motion, ease of movement, strength and stability, and of course....breath! We help movers of all kinds restore and refine their movement. From pro athletes to weekend warriors to workout newbies - we are here to help you reach your goals. 

Our style of movement training is largely based on our diverse past experiences and personal expertise in movement. We are trained in and inspired by the following methods/modalities and will employ a mix of them in our sessions with clients:
