Love yourself enough to work on yourself - every single day!



Many clients want a prescription. They want a magic list of stretches and practices they can do to help them get out of pain. I can create a routine for someone (and I do all the time) but if they really want to heal they need to figure out what their own body needs.



And how do you do that? You spend time with yourself. You work on yourself. Every day. Yes, every day. Even 10-15 min every day of slowing down, getting on the floor and moving, stretching, unraveling, breathing etc will change your life if you do it every day.



How much time in your day do you spend on work? Or taking care of others?


Reclaim your power and your love for yourself by carving out time every damn day to tend to your body temple. Because if you don’t, then you will be relying on others to care for you later, and reclaiming your power will be a lot harder when you’re a dependant.



It doesn’t need to be pretty. Let it be messy. Let it be YOURS
